Since every piece is made to order, jewelry is shipped within 14 business days of ordering (except special orders). Please note that shipping time varies by destination. If there is a problem shipping your item, such as the item is out of stock, we will contact you. We offer shipping to North America and all other international locations. For domestic shipping we use USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (2 days shipping within NY, 5-7 days elsewhere). If you need faster shipping please contact us. All our packages are insured as we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss in the care of the shipping agent. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Listed below are shipping costs to the US, Canada and Europe. Most of the products for sale online are in stock. However, because our jewelry is handmade, some items require longer delivery times. If products are not available in stock or available to meet your shipping requirements, you will be contacted via email. Orders received for in-stock items will ship within three business days. We require a physical address as UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
